º Para los efectos del numeral 2º. del

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 1º. de la Ley 40 de 1990, entiéndese por procesadores quienes sin ser cultivadores de caña la adquieren, le extraen el jugo y elaboran panela o miel sin exceder su capacidad de molienda de 10 toneladas por hora.
