ARTICULO 3o . De conformidad con lo preceptuado en el artículo 2o. de la Ley 64 de 1923, modificado por el ordinal 2o. del artículo 7o. de la Ley 12 de 1932, las loterías tienen la obligación de rifar en premios el cincuenta y cuatro por ciento (54%) del valor de los billetes que compongan cada sorteo. Los planes de sorteo se darán a conocer al público con la debida anticipación.
