º La Junta de Calidad Cinematográfica podrá reunirse en forma extraordinaria a solicitud del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, con el fin de resolver asuntos atinentes a su actividad, distintos de la aprobación de cortometrajes, y excepcionalmente podrá citársele con el fin de completar el mínimo de cortos determinado por el artículo 2º del presente Decreto.
