El Procurador General tendrá franquicia en los correos y telégrafos nacionales. Asimismo la tendrán los demás empleados cuando estuvieren fuera de la capital en cumplimiento de gestiones que les hubiere encomendado la Procuraduría. Con tal fin, debe solicitarse la orden respectiva del Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos.
