La no discriminación . A las personas infectadas por el Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana (VIH), a sus hijos y demás familiares, no podrá negárseles por tal causa su ingreso o permanencia a los centros educativos, públicos o privados, asistenciales o de rehabilitación, ni el acceso a cualquier actividad laboral o su permanencia en la misma, ni serán discriminados por ningún motivo.
