°. Modifícase el numeral 2 del artículo 139 del Decreto 2147 de 2016, modificado por el Decreto 1546 de 2017, el cual quedará así: “2. De conformidad con el numeral 3 del artículo 5° de la Ley 1609 del 2013, las normas contenidas en los Títulos II y III, salvo los artículos 88 y 99 del Decreto 2147 de 2016, entrarán a regir a partir del día hábil siguiente a aquel en que la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), ponga en funcionamiento un nuevo modelo de Sistematización Informático Electrónico Aduanero, atendiendo las reglas establecidas en el artículo 674 del Decreto 390 de 2016, modificado por el artículo 184 del Decreto 349 de 2018 y las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan”.
