° Pago de intereses del Fondo. Los establecimientos públicos, y las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado, cuyos empleados y trabajadores no estuvieren afiliados a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social deberán también consignar en el Fondo intereses del nueve (9) por ciento anual sobre el saldo de las cesantías que estuviere en su poder el 31 de diciembre de cada año. Esta consignación se hará dentro de los tres (3) primeros meses del año siguiente.
