Artículo diez y ocho. Las subvenciones, auxilios o donaciones que se destinen por las entidades oficiales o corporaciones públicas o particulares para favorecer o ayudar a los congresos sindicales, se invertirán bajo la supervigilancia del Ministerio del Trabajo, y la destinación de ellos deberá comprobarse ante la Contraloría General de la República, de conformidad con las prescripciones señaladas por esta entidad.
