La Secretaría Técnica de la junta Directiva del Fondo de Solidaridad Agropecuario estará a cargo del Viceministro de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural. Esta junta, mediante Acuerdos, expedirá las reglamentaciones que sean de su competencia."
