° . Sesiones . El Consejo se reunirá al menos dos veces por semestre. Podrá reunirse extraordinariamente para tratar asuntos especiales de su competencia, por decisión de su Presidente o por solicitud de cualquiera de sus miembros. Tal solicitud será elevada ante la Secretaría Técnica, la cual realizará la citación, a más tardar dentro de los quince días siguientes.
