Acumulación de trámites y procedimientos . Para efectos de la restitución de que trata el presente decreto, se entenderá por acumulación de trámites y procedimientos el ejercicio de concentración de todos los procesos o actos judiciales, administrativos o de cualquier otra naturaleza que adelanten autoridades públicas o notariales, en las cuales se hallen comprometidos derechos sobre el territorio objeto de la demanda.
