Se concederá en el efecto devolutivo la apelación interpuesta contra la sentencia de excepciones dilatorias en juicio ordinario, si fuere adversa al excepcionaste. Asimismo se concederá en el efecto devolutivo únicamente la apelación del auto por el cual se nieguen en juicio ordinario pruebas pedidas fuera del término respectivo.
