Tres meses de alta por fallecimiento. A la muerte de un Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo; o en goce de pensión o de asignación de retiro, sus beneficiarios en el orden y proporción establecidos en el presente Estatuto continuarán recibiendo durante tres (3) meses, de la entidad que le venía pagando, los haberes de actividad o la asignación de retiro o pensión del causante.
