° Los empleos correspondientes al área administrativa estarán sujetos al régimen de nomenclatura, clasificación y remuneración de cargos fijado para las entidades de la Rama Ejecutiva por los Decretos 1042 y 1043 de 1978 y por las normas que adicionen o reformen. Los empleos del área técnico científica se regirán por las mismas disposiciones, sin perjuicio de las normas especiales que se establecen en el presente Decreto.
