TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo segundo. Las personas naturales o jurídicas que emplearen como Agentes Viajeros a personas que no tengan el correspondiente Carnet, incurrirán en las sanciones señaladas en el inciso primero (1°) del artículo 11 del Decreto número 987 de 1949.
