amends decreto 663/93

El literal b) del artículo 313 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, quedará así:

"b) La Junta Directiva quedará integrada por tres (3) miembros, con sus respectivos suplentes, así:

Un representante del Presidente de la República, y

Dos (2) representantes del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, designados por el Ministro, quienes deben tener experiencia en el sector financiero y reunir las condiciones de idoneidad profesional y personal establecidas para los administradores y representantes legales de entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria."
