El Tribunal Superior Militar, en pleno, elegirá cada año un Vicepresidente de la Corporación, que lo será también de la Sala a que pertenezca, y un segundo Vicepresidente, para la otra Sala.
Los Vicepresidentes del tribunal y de sus salas podrán reelegirse indefinidamente aun para periodos consecutivos.
