Derechos de explotación. Los derechos de explotación, inclusive para los contratos vigentes y firmados con anterioridad al 19 de abril de 2010, corresponden al 12% de los Ingresos Brutos obtenidos según lo establecido en el artículo 23 de la Ley 643 de 2001.
