Agotamiento De La Vía Gubernativa

Decreto 3496 de 1983 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley 14 de 1983 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Agotamiento de la vía gubernativa . Para todos los efectos legales a que haya lugar, se entenderá agotada la vía gubernativa, cuando las providencias no son susceptibles de ninguno de los recursos establecidos en el artículo 33 del presente Decreto, o cuando estos recursos se han decidido.

Parágrafo

También se entenderá agotada la vía gubernativa cuando interpuestos algunos de los recursos señalados en los artículos anteriores, se consideren negados por haber transcurrido un plazo de un (1) mes sin que recaiga decisión resolutoria sobre ellos.
