Revisión de información . El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social podrá revisar la información que reportaron las Empresas Promotoras de Salud y entidades obligadas a compensar y que sirvió como base para el mecanismo de distribución, compensación o gestión y en caso de considerarlo necesario le dará traslado a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud para que practique las verificaciones correspondientes y tome las medidas pertinentes. (Artículo 11 del Decreto 2699 de 2007)
