Créanse el Circuito Judicial de Pacho, con un Juzgado que conocerá promiscuamente de los asuntos civiles y criminales, con los Municipios de Pacho, que será su cabecera, Paime, San Cayetano, Supatá y El peñón. Tendrá el personal con las asignaciones de las de su clase.
