CONTROVERSIA EN LA RECLAMACIÓN. Si se presentare controversia judicial o administrativa entre los reclamantes de una prestación por causa de muerte, el pago de la cuota en litigio se suspenderá, hasta tanto se decida judicialmente a qué persona correspondan el valor de esta cuota.
