° Si por estar ocupado el muelle, o por no corresponder al calado del buque al sondaje del canal de atraque, o porque vengan a bordo explosivos o cargamentos altos que puedan sufrir o causar averías, tuviere que anclar el buque en la bahía y descargar en lanchas, sólo habrá lugar al cobre de la mitad de los derechos de atraque correspondientes a la clase del buque. Los gastos de desembarque en tal caso serán de cargo del buque y bajo la responsabilidad del mismo se hará la conducción de los cargamentos hasta el muelle.
