Pérdida del expediente en poder de quien lo retiró . Dentro del término del requerimiento establecido en el Artículo anterior, la parte que retiró el expediente podrá alegar su pérdida, y la cuestión se tramitará como incidente. Si en éste se prueba que la pérdida ocurrió por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, se suspenderá la multa desde el día en que tal hecho ocurrió.
