Art. 3°. A los individuos que hubieren pagado los derechos de importacion por mercaderías destruidas en el incendio.se les devolverán las sumas consignadas, siempre que dichas mercaderías se encontraren en los almacenes de la Aduana el día en que tuvo lugar el incendio.
