Artículo décimo. Las ofensas contenidas en los escritos presentados o en los discursos pronunciados por las partes, o por sus representantes o abogados, ante una autoridad de la Rama Jurisdiccional, en el desarrollo de un procedimiento judicial, están sujetas únicamente a correcciones de índole disciplinaria, impuestas, por dicha autoridad, siempre que no fueren dadas a la publicidad y conciernan al objeto del proceso respectivo.
