Tiempo mínimo de servicio en unidades para Suboficiales. Para ascender al grado inmediatamente superior, los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares deberán acreditar un tiempo mínimo, de un (1) año de servicio en cada grado, en cargos que correspondan a su especialidad, en unidades terrestres, navales y aéreas, desde el grado de Cabo Tercero, Marinero Segundo o Aerotécnico, hasta el grado de Sargento Segundo, Suboficial Segundo o Suboficial Técnico Segundo.
