En caso de existir mandato legal que imponga determinadas prestaciones o condiciones a favor de los empleados u obreros, las obligaciones que impone la presente Ley se cumplirán sin perjuicio de las demás, y sin hacerlas inferiores ni más gravosas para el beneficiario.
