º. Actuales afiliados. Las personas que se encontraban afiliadas a una entidad objeto de transformación en la fecha de la misma, podrán realizar su traslado a otra Entidad Promotora de Salud en cualquier tiempo. Las personas que se afilien o trasladen a dicha entidad a partir de la transformación sólo podrán trasladarse a otra Entidad Promotora de Salud cuando hayan transcurrido por lo menos doce meses, contados a partir de la fecha de la respectiva afiliación o traslado.
