Las entidades o personas que deban llenar y devolver, dentro de los plazos fijados en este Decreto, los boletines individuales y que no cumplieren con esa obligación, sufrirán la pena de multa de uno a veinticinco pesos, impuesta en los términos del artículo 22 de la Ley 63 de 1914, cada vez que se negaren a suministrar los datos estadísticos a que se refiere el presente Decreto, o demorarse en su entrega por más de un mes.
