El lote correspondiente al Gobierno se guardará en la aduana para ser vendido al mejor postor al terminar cada temporada de pesca, o antes si conviniere así a los intereses nacionales y lo decidiere el Ministerio de Hacienda. A la clasificación tendrá derecho de asistir y será citado el Inspector de Pesca o un empleado delegado por él si él mismo no pudiere concurrir.
