SUSPENSION DE TARIFA BASICA POR AUTORIDAD. La autorización o registro que la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria otorga a las tarifas básicas no obsta para que posteriormente pueda pedir explicaciones o justificaciones sobre cualquiera de éstas, e inclusive suspender la vigencia de la tarifa para uno o varios productos, si las circunstancias así lo ameritan.
