Para que el Gobierno dé inmediato cumplimiento al artículo 2º de la Ley 65 de 1916 , se destinan hasta cien mil pesos ($100,000) oro, de los fondos que actualmente maneja la Junta de Conversión, los cuales le serán reembolsados a la Junta de las utilidades que por la acuñación del níquel, ordenada por esta Ley, obtenga el Fisco.
