Art. 98. Los Síndicos tendrán los mismos derechos que los depositarios, y además el medio por ciento de las cantidades que recauden por deudas del concursado; debiendo también ser indemnizados de su trabajo en el juicio de concurso, por justiprecio de peritos, siempre que no hayan dado lugar á indebidas

dilaciónes.
