Para la efectividad del auxilio de que trata él artículo anterior se incorporará en el Presupuesto Nacional de la próxima vigencia fiscal de 1960 de cantidad de un millón de pesos ($1.000.000.00), y el resto, o sea una suma igual, será entregado al Municipio de Cali tomándolo del producto del gravamen de peaje de la Carretera Central del Departamento del Valle que se recaude a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley.
