Artículo catorce. Las inversiones necesarias para poner la parcela en las condiciones de explotación económica inmediata, se computarán dentro del valor de la misma, en consecuencia registran para su pago los mismos plazos estipulados para la amortización del valor de la tierra y construcción de que trata el artículo anterior.
