Los cargos de Presidente, Vocal, Fiscal, Instructor y Secretario de los Consejos de Guerra Verbales son de forzosa aceptación. Las causales de excusa o impedimento serán las establecidas en los artículos 550 y 401 de este Código, y se alegarán ante quien haya convocado el Consejo. Las recusaciones del Presidente se plantearán ante quien convoque el Consejo y las de los demás ante el Presidente del mismo.
