Las solicitudes de recompensas y auxilios pasarán al estudio del Presidente de la Junta, Directiva, quien las someterá, con el respectivo proyecto de resolución, a la consideración de la Junta, a más tardar dentro del término de tres días, si se tratare de una solicitud de auxilio y en la primera sesión ordinaria de la Junta, cuando se trate de recompensa.
