Concurrencia De Atribución

Concurrencia de atribución. Cuando se presente concurrencia de atribuciones disciplinarias entre falladores, por haberse cometido la falta por personal perteneciente a diferentes unidades u organismos policiales, será competente para investigar y sancionar el superior con atribuciones disciplinarias comunes a todos ellos.

Parágrafo

Cuando existan dudas sobre la autoridad que deba asumir la investigación disciplinaria, el Director General de la Policía Nacional la designará.
