Restricciones proceso de afiliación. No podrán afiliarse como trabajadores del servicio doméstico, las siguientes personas naturales

El cónyuge o compañero (a) permanente;

Los parientes del empleador o de sus familiares hasta el quinto grado de consanguinidad, tercero de afinidad y primero civil. Las personas que desconozcan lo previsto en esta disposición deberán reembolsar el total de los gastos en que hubiera incurrido el sistema por la atención de las personas que vinculó al sistema en forma irregular.
