Artículo tercero. Auxiliase a la Asociación Nacional de Desplazados por la Violencia, con la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00) moneda corriente, a fin de que por intermedio de la Junta que mediante el presente Decreto se crea, se destine a los desplazados por la violencia que actualmente residen en Bogotá.
