Recibida la solicitud de cancelación o de suspensión de que trata el artículo anterior, el Consejo Nacional Profesional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura ordenará citar al técnico constructor para que dentro de los treinta días siguientes, se presente a contestar los cargos y presentar las pruebas correspondientes. Dentro de los quince días siguientes al vencimiento del término anterior, el consejo dictará la resolución pertinente.
