Rendido el dictamen pericial a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el expediente quedará en la Secretaria a disposición de las partes, y en el auto que así lo disponga se señalara día y hora para la celebración de la audiencia pública, la cual no se podrá realizar antes de cinco días ni después de quince.
