° Tanto el Administrador, Secretario Contador, Jefe y Subjefe del Resguardo, serán nombrados directamente por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. Y autorizase al Administrador para proveer los demás puestos de que trata este Decreto, sometiendo las disposiciones que dicte sobre el particular a la sanción correspondiente del mismo Ministerio.
