° Cofinanciación por Coldeportes. Los recursos para cofinanciación de proyectos regionales incorporados en el Presupuesto del Instituto Colombiano para la Juventud y el Deporte (Coldeportes) durante 1993 se ejecutarán presupuestal y financieramente por intermedio de las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes, mediante convenios con las entidades territoriales. Los recursos de cofinanciación no podrán utilizarse para inversiones en escenarios de propiedad de la Nación, salvo autorización o solicitud expresa del Alcalde o Gobernador respectivo.
