Decreto 2703 de 1959 · Por el cual se delegan unas funciones en los Gobernadores de los Departamentos, y se dictan otras disposiciones

Artículo décimocuarto. La provisión de algunos de los cargos dependientes de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público, con funciones permanenetes en el respectivo Departamento, corresponde al Gobernador.

Parágrafo 1

Por resolución ejecutiva, se señalarán en cada Ministerio y en cada Departamento Administrativo, los cargos cuya provisión se delega.

Parágrafo 2

Lo dispuesto en este artículo se entiende sin perjuicio de las normas que regulen el Servicio Civil y la Carrera Administrativa

Parágrafo 3

Corresponde, igualmente, a los Gobernadores, conceder licencias y vacaciones, y aceptar renuncias, en relación con los mismos cargos.
