°. Sesiones . El Consejo Directivo de Fondelibertad se reunirá ordinariamente en el último mes de cada trimestre del año calendario, previa convocatoria del Gerente del Fondo y extraordinariamente cada vez que sea convocado por su Presidente o por el Director del Programa Presidencial, a iniciativa propia o por solicitud del órgano de control o de dos (2) de sus miembros. Las citaciones a las reuniones ordinarias se harán a través de la Secretaría del Consejo Directivo, con una antelación mínima de tres (3) días comunes, por cualquier medio.
