El Juzgado de Circuito de Támesis (Antioquia), que desde la vigencia del Decreto número 1714 de 1936 funciona únicamente en lo Civil, volverá a conocer promiscuamente de asuntos civiles y penales, y extenderá su jurisdicción a los Municipios que antes los integraban. En consecuencia, el Gobierno proveerá en oportunidad al regreso del archivo a la nombrada cabecera y al restablecimiento de la Cárcel de ese Circuito.
