La sociedad Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. tendrá por objeto social el contemplado en los artículos 167 y 32 de las leyes 142 y 143 de 1994. El Centro Nacional de Despacho será una dependencia interna de esta empresa.

Parágrafo

Dentro de los dos meses siguientes a la entrada en vigencia de este Decreto, ISA procederá a reformar sus estatutos para ajustarlos a lo dispuesto en este artículo.
