Para facilitar el desarrollo de la industria del turismo, el Gobierno podrá solicitar de las empresas de transportes, si así lo juzga oportuno, ya sean éstas oficiales o particulares, el establecimiento de billetes de turismo rebajados durante ciertas épocas del año, o con carácter permanente, lo que se hará de común acuerdo con los gerentes de las respectivas empresas, tarifas que una vez fijadas sólo podrán modificarse o suspenderse con la aprobación del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional.
